  • CHECK-UP AND SCALE AND POLISH

    Available to maintain oral health and prevent gum disease.  Includes oral cancer screening check and an overall assessment of the general health of your teeth and gums. May also include X-rays to be taken when clinically necessary.

  • WHITE FILLINGS

    Restorations coloured to match your natural tooth colour.  White fillings will always be the filling of choice whenever possible.

  • CROWNS

    Made to measure crowns that restore damaged or decayed teeth to normal shape and size and improves appearance.

    Treatment to remove unwanted nerve tissue when clinically indicated to relieve symptoms of severe pain and swelling around a tooth.

  • SPORTS GUARDS & NIGHT GUARDS

    A mouthguard is a specially made, rubber-like cover which fits exactly over your teeth and gums, cushioning them and protecting them from damage. Custom-made mouthguards can also prevent damage to the jaw, neck and even the brain – helping to prevent the concussion and damage caused by a heavy blow.

  • Invisalign

    This is a clear brace system designed to correct misaligned teeth with clear braces

    Visiting our hygienist on a regular basis will help you maintain a clean, healthy look to your teeth and gums. Our in-house dental hygienist is Marilyn Howlett.

We collect payment at each stage of treatment.  We accept cash and debit or credit cards.  Fees are reasonably and competitively priced and openly discussed prior to treatment.  A written quote is available on request.

The cost of dental treatment can be spread by our Membership scheme through Denplan, details of which you can find below.

If you join Denplan on your first appointment, you get 50% off your check up, and 10% off any further treatment. Please ask at reception for further details.

  • Emergency

    For emergency dental treatment outside surgery hours and at weekends please telephone the surgery and a recorded message will advise you on how to contact the Dentist on-call.

Hazlemere Dental Practice offers Denplan treatment, which helps spread the cost of dental treatment over a period of time, providing flexibility for choices on dental care and treatment, without any costly surprises.

Joining Denplan is easy – simply fill in one form at the practice. The scheme is paid by direct debit and offers members total peace of mind in covering the costs of all routine dental check-ups, scale-and-polishes and all x-rays.  Most patients prefer to go through Denplan Care and staff are always happy to help explain the different levels of care available, so you choose the level best suited to you. With Denplan, looking after your teeth and your family’s teeth has never been easier.
