We are located off the A404, Amersham Road, in the centre of Hazlemere and opposite the petrol station. There is a FREE car park at the rear of the practice while disabled parking is available at the front. There is easy access from the car park into the dental surgery via a gated pathway.

Friday: 8:30am – 1pmThe practice is open during the hours as shown above. Early morning & late evening appointments are available if required. Out of hours emergency cover is also provided.
